What is Kinesiology
Kinesiology is for everyone - suitable for all ages. It is a safe and gentle therapy. It is a dynamic holistic modality that incorporates Western techniques and Eastern wisdom.
Kinesiology explores beyond your symptoms, we aim to get to the underlying cause of your issues.
Kinesiology bridges the gap between the conscious and subconscious mind using muscles as the biofeedback to uncover the stressors - the root cause of problems and why they have come about.
Due to stressors in todays society our natural healing intelligence becomes overwhelmed. Kinesiology works using our bodies own intelligence, given the right environment when everything is functioning well, our bodies have an innate ability to heal itself.
Kinesiology is unique, it works by dissolving negative patterns of behaviour, clearing limiting beliefs and eliminating physical, mental and emotional stressors to bring the body back to a balanced state.

I'm here to give you the opportunity to explore what is holding you back, what is causing you stress, why you have particular symptoms, why you have that reoccurring pain, can't sleep. We will explore together what has led you down this path, the root cause, help change negative patterns of behaviour and work towards clearing these imbalances so to bring peace and balance back into your life.
I first discovered Kinesiology after trying many treatments for my lower back pain, Kinesiology was the only thing that gave me permanent relief.
It has given me so much more and continuous to give me inner peace and happiness.
